Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit reelfleet.io or apply through our application form, why we do it, and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
Reach Consulting LLC
1309 Coffeen Ave STE 7899, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Email: hello@reelfleet.io
2. Visiting the website
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery network, security and hosting). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this website.
3. Application form
When you apply for a done-for-you build, we process:
- the answers you give (agency name, website or handle, revenue range, number of accounts, current setup, cost range, platforms, timeline, decision role);
- your contact details (name, email address, Telegram or WhatsApp handle);
- technical data sent with the form: IP address, the country derived from it, your browser's user agent and the referring page.
We use this data to assess whether a private build is a fit, to contact you about your application and to protect the form against abuse. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (steps prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently and securely.
Applications are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers KV) and forwarded by email to our internal inbox. Access is limited to the people who review applications.
4. Booking a call
If a booking calendar is offered after your application, it is provided by Cal.com, Inc. Data you enter there (name, email, chosen time) is processed by Cal.com to schedule the call, subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy.
5. Email
If you email us at hello@reelfleet.io, we process your message and contact details to reply. Incoming mail is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox hosted by Google.
6. Recipients and transfers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing), Google (mailbox) and, if used, Cal.com (scheduling) and Telegram (if you contact us there) as service providers. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to handle your application and any resulting business relationship, and delete it at the latest 24 months after our last contact unless we are legally required to keep it longer. Technical logs at Cloudflare are kept only for short periods.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email hello@reelfleet.io.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services change. The current version is always available on this page.
