What are Trial Reels?
Trial Reels are an Instagram feature: a reel is shown to people who don't follow the account first. Put the clips you want posted as Trial Reels in the folder 02 Trial Reels in your Drive and we post them from there.
Do you post feed posts, stories and highlights too?
Yes. Reels, stories and feed posts go out on your schedule, published inside the app from a real iPhone. Use the Drive folders 03 Feed-Posts, 04 Stories and 05 Highlights. See how to set up your Drive.
What do I see in the dashboard?
Every post, its status and its momentum in one dashboard, plus a live view (watch-only) and a weekly report. If you turn on custom links, clicks on your tracking link show in your dashboard too.
How do custom links work?
You choose during onboarding. Custom links on: we set a tracking link, clicks show in your dashboard. Custom links off: put your own link in the README doc in your Drive (copy-paste template) and we use that one.
What happens with my details and password?
Your details are encrypted and stored privately. We use them only to create and run your account. We never share them. Your password is encrypted in your browser before it is sent.
What if something breaks?
Things can break: an app update, an account check, a post that doesn't go out. When it happens we fix it fast. You can always tell us via Report a problem.
How long does setup take?
We email you your setup instructions within 24 hours. Most setups are live within 48 hours once we have your content and schedule.
Is Facebook included?
Yes. Facebook is included. Turn on “Start Facebook” during onboarding and we set it up too.
What about YouTube and Threads?
YouTube and Threads are in beta and coming soon. Today we set up Instagram and, if you want, Facebook.
How does cancellation work?
Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, we hand over the accounts with their logins.
Can I bring my existing accounts?
Yes. Bring the accounts you already run, or start new ones. During onboarding you tell us which accounts to use, and they stay yours the whole time.
Which platforms run on each iPhone?
Instagram and Facebook are included on every iPhone. YouTube and Threads are in beta. Tell us during onboarding which platforms you want on each iPhone.
Do new accounts get warmed up?
Yes. New accounts are brought to a ready state before regular posting starts. We take care of it for you and tell you when an account is ready.
What reach can I expect?
We can't promise reach, and nobody honestly can. We make sure your content goes out consistently from real iPhones. How far a post travels depends on the content, the niche and the platform.
