iPhone farm: build, rent or hand off?
What an iPhone farm is, why multi-account Instagram operators use real iPhones, and the three ways to get one: build, rent, or hand off posting.
What it is
An iPhone farm is a group of real iPhones used to run many social media accounts, so each post comes from a real device inside the real app.
Why real iPhones
Emulators and cloud phones run in data centers, and platforms can tell the difference. Posting through an API is limited to what the API allows. A real iPhone is simply a phone.
Build, rent or hand off
Building means buying devices and running them yourself (see our comparison). Renting remote iPhones means someone on your team still posts. Handing off means a service like ReelFleet runs the phones and the posting.
Our fleet
Today ReelFleet has 47 iPhones, 25 of them in production for a client, posting 30+ times a day around the clock.
Questions
Do you sell iPhone farm setups or guides?
No. We don't sell hardware or how-to guides. We run the posting for you.
Can I see the phones?
Yes. You get a watch-only live view of your iPhones in the client dashboard.
